Hi, I am Shalin
I am a Trauma-informed healer who helps women move into greater wellbeing, meaning and joy. We do this by embodying standards of self worth, setting healthy boundaries and moving from chaos to regulation - all by taking into account the science behind how your brain and nervous system work.
I am a Dr. Amen Brain Health Licensed Trainer, and have trained in Somatic Attachment Therapy, am in process of my Biology of Trauma Certification, and HeartMath Coach Certification. My deepest purpose is to increase emotional and mental wellbeing so we can live more fulfilled lives.
I have personal experience and experience with clients in the self-development field. I will be your mentor and guide during this journey to come back to your wholeness + power you up with the tools you need to grow your emotional regulation to allow you to attract more peace, joy, and success in your life.

These are live sessions on Zoom, for 1 hour at 7pm EST every Tuesday. Holiday session dates: Nov 11, Nov 18 , Nov 25, Dec 2, Dec 9, Dec 16. Recording links will be sent out the next day. You will need to spend atleast 20 minutes a day checking in on yourself.

Your transformation begins now. You will be taken through steps to remember your safe body, and work through triggers so you are better equipped to handle your emotions and step into greater wellbeing.

There are 3 ways to join in. Group coaching is 297$ and includes six one hour sessions where we go deep into understanding our nervous systems. The Group+ Private option (497$) includes two one-on-one 60 minute sessions to be scheduled within the window from November 11 - Dec 18th. To do the WHOLE & PLENTY framework in a one-on-one way customized for you with private coaching calls, is 1188$
